Aaron Bills: Top Designer of Football Recruit Edits

Submitted by kb on
If you have been following recruiting on Twitter, you have undoubtedly noticed the killer edits Michigan has been putting out for recruits. Aaron Bills, the person at Michigan who creats the edits for Michigan recruits, has been ranked as the best. Congratulations Aaron. The hard work put into making these edits makes a big difference. https://twitter.com/inthetrenches30/status/695676786634412032 I'm on mobile, so can't embed the link.

You need a twitter designer now?  Recruit designer is some one who designs recruits right?  I would like to put Gary's mom and dad on that list

The quality of those edits was high enough that even I noticed them, and I kind of wondered who was doing them.  I thought the concept of the displays at SOTS - the HS uniform being torn away with a Michigan uni revealed underneath - was pretty damn cool.  I'm assuming that was his work too.

I don't know if it was this guy or not, but the high school uni fading into the Michigan uni graphic that we showed for each recruit at SOTS was pure genius.

He did nice work.

However, my main take away share 1) everything about recruiting is ranked and 2) there are a load of people getting paid from recruiting, except for the actual players.
