UAB has the athletes to hang with Ohio, and a few breaks along the way could spell DOOM for the bucks. A huge underdog allowed to stay in the game is dangerous.
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:52 PM ^
9-0 UAB
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:54 PM ^
17-14 cmu over Iowa. I swear to god if we don't beat Iowa this year...
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:57 PM ^
I just said the same exact thing to my buddy.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:00 PM ^
they're actually making radcliff look decent.

Lloyd Brady is on the Patriots and working on a chemistry test?? whaaa -

And beat them going away.
Braxton Miller is a superb athlete, but seems to start slow all the time. I don't think he sees the game like a real QB does.
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:55 PM ^
Hey dude. Don't rain on our parade with that garbage.
September 22nd, 2012 at 4:28 PM ^
Four hours later. OSU ends up owning the game's only touchdowns. A 2-td margin at the end. Barely allows UAB to run a play in the red zone. 5 fg's of substantial length by a good UAB kicker. Braxton's athleticism carries the day; Braxton's ability to see the game as a big-time QB in doubt.
Anything I missed?
Fans can be fans; but shouldn't Michigan fans be particularly smart fans?
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:54 PM ^
there is a real chance that ohio plays as many ranked teams by season end as michigan has faced in their first 4 games. step up bums.
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:57 PM ^
The real jewel is that they may also lose to a team from Alabama.
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:58 PM ^
so they can work on the rest of their offense.
I wonder how long that lasts?
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:59 PM ^
It happens (or my theory was wrong)

uab must have a great defense.

Devin Smith sighting. Drink!

Apparently, Santa Claus is a Buckeye fan, given that last camera shot of the crowd. I don't know how to break that one to the kids.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:05 PM ^
He apologized for not delivering me a Michigan victory over Ohio for a couple of years "but so many more [Ohio] fans asked for the win." Pretty good trolling if you ask me.

Jim Tressel told me my Big House hat at least had the right colors last week...
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:08 PM ^
Will be able to right the ship with this new QB - now 16-6 over UTEP.
I am torn between my general dislike of Bielema and the hope that somebody can beat on the MSU and OSUs of the world from the Leaders.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:09 PM ^
This OSU team is the exact opposite of Tressel's standard team. They just aren't fundamentally sound. The don't really do anything well except have Braxton Miller be awesome.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:28 PM ^
sounds like us in 2010
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:10 PM ^
Shazier down, looks hurt, and bad. Hopefully it's just a cramp
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:10 PM ^
That did not look good. Won't be surprised if Shazier is out for the year
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:11 PM ^
No one was playing with his knee while he was on the ground. He might have gotten really lucky. That hit looked really bad.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:14 PM ^
Blake Countess walked off the field with a torn ACL.
The hit on shazier was directly over his knee while his foot was pinned down.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:17 PM ^
I definitely wouldn't be surprised if he's got something seriously wrong with him, but the odds certainly went down when he stood up. They even showed him sitting on the bench rather than being examined.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:27 PM ^
Thankfully, for him, he's back in the game.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:10 PM ^
Ouch! Sabine takes friendly fire to his knee.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:11 PM ^
Shakier. Not Sabino. My mistake.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:13 PM ^
Shazier?
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:31 PM ^
Quadruple fail.
September 22nd, 2012 at 2:02 PM ^
Now it is...
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:10 PM ^
Ferentz has an 0-2 record against Western. Looks like his struggles are continuing against Central. The Chips have the 82nd ranked offense in the nation and they're having no problem with Iowa's defense.
When Iowa comes to the big house, we better beat the shit out of those guys.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:11 PM ^
It's a slightly better clone defensively of 2010 Michigan's team.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:13 PM ^
Why does it look like Maryland has better athletes than 80% of the B1G?
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:14 PM ^
CMU scores a field goal. Goes up 20-14 on Iowa.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:14 PM ^
QB should have handed off on 2nd down...RB had a serious hole there.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:15 PM ^
on Shazier's injury cause that looked really bad :/
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:15 PM ^

September 22nd, 2012 at 1:18 PM ^
UAB gets a 54-yard field goal. 12-7 UAB.
Rather than rest, of course, they hand him a tee on the sideline and tell Long to do his other job.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:18 PM ^
If the Bucks lose this game, would that equal The Horror?
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:21 PM ^
Not even close
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:22 PM ^
App St might beat this UAB team, not sure.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:22 PM ^
UAB is 1-a. More importantly I think Ohio already knew they sucked. The horror was so horrorish because we were one of the leading contenders for the MNC
