It looks like our coaching staff, with the help of Peppers, was able to convince the best running back in the nation and top player overall to some sites to use an official to visit in the fall. The general consesus is that this is an LSU and Alabama fight for the New Orleans native, but with the extremely positive trend we've been seeing in recruiting and how great our campus visits have been, anything is possible once you get a player on campus.

You know, TheGhostOfYost, there is the odd trolling comment and then there is the conscious, concerted effort to troll virtually everyone and everything in a thread. I am not sure what you thought this would accomplish, but this sort of mean-spirited quibbling has to cease. For now, however, I've subtracted the square of your points from your total - for the time being, they'll return about a half hour before kickoff for the CMU game.

EDIT: As a reply to below, suffice to say that this will not be a problem for a while. I have also removed most of the more egregious stuff.

Well the one guy is a troll and disruptor. MGoPoints: -7276506?? Am I reading that right? What do you have to do to be shown the door?

With his already being an LSU lean, and living in LSU's backyard no less, I'm not getting my hopes up.

Still, this coaching staff has shown the ability to put in some serious work once they get a kid on campus. As long as he actually comes up for the visit, I suppose anything can happen.

This is awesome news! Looking forward to his visit reaction interview already, and no, not in the creepy albeit in jest comments made by some already.

So has anyone else texted that # for Cyrus Crutchfield that they show at the beginning and end if the highlight? I did. Me: "Hey Cyrus, this is Faub Liebowitz. Do you know where Leonard is going?"

Let me know if this is a recruiting violation.

(Seeing as us pigs understand things "clear as mud", I must admit that I do not see an official visit set up for this fall. It seems more clear, however, that Fournette is highly entertaining the idea)

This just goes to show how good of recruiters the players are and how big Twitter can be as a recruiting tool. I still remember the day Jabrill & Ferns first tweeted him about the possibility. Even if he never commits this is a positive trend for us

Well TGOY...we tried to talk a little sense in you. Lucky for you my man, the weather's not that bad in Bolivia during this time of year...

But it is really special that the word is out now. Around the nation, kids want to come see what hoke and co have to offer, from 2* to the top 3. I love the range, and the idea that this is what would happen (as quickly as it has) three years ago was no where in my mind. Kudos to this staff.

This thread... Wow. Just wow. Let's all pray that Leonard never, ever sees this. All of Hoke and the coaching staff's work to get him on campus would be quickly squandered.

It's not used nearly often enough around here. Sometimes blood needs to flow freely in the gutter to get things back into normalcy, or at least what passes for it on MGoBlog.

...at least we won't have to deal with all of the negativity during football and basketball games...

"Borges should be fired..." (after the first punt of the season)

"Hoke should be fired!" (if we're tied or trailing at the end of any first quarter)

"Green is overrated..." (after the first run for no gain)

"Put in Morris and move Devin back to WR..." (after the first incompletion)

"Mattison should retire..." (after the first TD allowed)

The sad part is, I wish I could put a (/sarcasm) after that post...but it's 100% accurate.
