At this point how many roster spots do we have left? Dawson departing, Conley status in limbo, and early enrollees, ect factoring in. I totally stopped paying attention to recruiting when our class basically filled up in early summer.

I know we've had/will have attrition, too, but I believe that doesn't effect how many we can take at this point. 25 max for 2013, plus however many can E.E. to count up to 25 for the 2012 class.

It will all depend on total
It will all depend on total scholarships available. We have 3 guys enrolling early (Bosch, LTT and Douglas, I believe) and room to backdate all 3 to last year's class. Thus, if we have enough attrition, 28 is doable. I don't think it will get that high though. 25-26 is the realistic number, but it will be at least 24.

With Miller's departure at the end of this season, M currently has 62 scholarship players, leaving 23 openings for the 2013 class, to get to the 85 scholarship limit.
Counting Conley, M currently has 23 verbals, leaving zero openings in the class, barring further attrition.
