4 2012-13 football alumni signing autographs 3/17, 2-4 pm in Taylor
As a heads-up to everyone here, four former football players from last year will be signing autographs at Gibraltar Trade Center in Taylor (admission $2/car) from 2:00-4:00 pm on Sunday, 3/17:
- Will Campbell ($10/autograph)
- Vincent Smith ($10)
- Jordan Kovacs ($10)
- Roy Roundtree ($15)
They're offering a great deal where you can get all four guys for $30, meaning you save $15.
I've acquired a decent number of in-person autographs there through the years, and while it's a pretty rednecky kind of place, it's worth it to meet these four guys for sure. The signings will be going on during their usual monthly card show, which is also worth checking out.
for Smith when all the people show up with pics of the Clowney hit to get signed....

How do you think he'd feel if someone photoshopped a picture of him crushing Clowney?
On topic, this is pretty cool. I'm sure folks who are around the area are glad to hear about this. I've only ever gotten autographs once, and that was completely by chance. I was visiting AA last spring with my family and we visited M Den. Koger, Molk, and Mike Martin just happened to be having a signing event there. Bought a white $10 hat and got the bill signed by all three.

Everyone else is $10 and he is $15. I cannot say I understand the premium specifically for him.

sir, perhaps you have not seen the sign:
never mind the inside:

I believe that sign is from the Mt. Clemens one, which I consider to be LESS rednecky. But the interior of the Taylor one is EXTREMELY rednecky. Part of the charm, I guess!

As someone who lives about 10 minutes from the Taylor Gibraltar Trade Center, I can confirm that this is indeed the sign on I-94 somewhere near the N. River / Hall Road area. The Taylor one is stuck between Eureka Road and a landfill, so there isn't much room for dramatic signage. That being said, it is across the street from a Home Depot and a Hooters, so take that for what it is worth.
I shall probably see if I can get a few items autographed all the same, however.
