has OSU's 2014 schedule engraved on a plaque. They used an acronym to indicate their game against Michigan. This was discussed exhaustively a few days ago,

The announcers for the NIU-OSU game were expressing their admiration at this little bit of mischief. . . even though I think it was a pretty lame prank regardless of being on the butt-end of the joke. I would have been just as lame if Bama had won the NC and done something similar for their game against Auburn.

Wisconsin-Troy is everything you want out of a game in which Wisconsin is involved - I-formation until someone dies and a few dropped passes here and there among the odd reception. Joel Stave - apparently unencumbered by lingering doubts - is in. Then again, they are playing Troy and it isn't like Troy has a secondary which can hang with Wisconsin.

It's absurd that Auburn was ever ranked #6.  They lost five games last year (should've lost seven), and have done nothing in two years to deserve to even be ranked at all.

Except for being in the SEC

They had 10 teams in the poll there for a week or two... They get voted into higher positions than they deserve in the preseason, play no one out of conference, and then count all of their conference games into quality wins or excusable losses so that they keep as many of those teams highly ranked as possible.  There are going to be people pumping up LSU for their "big win" today because Auburn was supposedly a top 20 team coming in.

Is this NIU coach serious?  You're playing the #1 team in the country and you're kicking on 4th and 1 from midfield?

Honestly though how many other teams so far can match osu and msu? Everyone seems so unpredictable and sec is just pure crap, oklahoma gave shot load of points to tulsa, oregans defense is horrible they give 28pts to georgia state..i just dont see it so far who is going to end up in the final
