I assume you mean Kugler, but that would be an awesome last OL for this class. He's legit, and has the offer list to back it up. I'd be just fine with him being our last OL.

I suppose he is heading to EL now.

Well that should be a let down then. I'd hate being Dantonio when a kid comes to MSU just after a visit to Michigan.

Who would you guys rather have to fill the last OL spot in this class? Pocic, McGovern, or Kugler? I personally would want Pocic, McGovern, then Kugler in that order but I would like to see what others think. I like the fact McGovern is expected to still grow and fill out so that is why I placed him above Kugler. All 3 of these guys are fantastic lineman though and I would be happy with any of the 3.

I would switch Kugler and McGovern, but that's mostly because Kugler has been offered by tons of great schools, and I trust their scouting. But I agree that you can't really go wrong with any of them.

I think most will go Pocic at #1. McGovern can be as good or better than Pocic and Kugler. Those are only projections if he reaches his max, though. For right now I'll go Pocic, Kugler, and then McGovern. The three are not exactly identical, which is somewhat strange because one will potentially fill the last O-line spot. Pocic and McGovern are ideal tackle size at 6-7 and Kugler is listed from 6-4 to 6-5.

I will preface this by saying that I haven't seen much of McGovern but I would put my list at: Pocic, Kugler, and McGovern in that order. Pocic is going to be an elite tackle at the next level and I love his nastiness. Kugler seems like the most versatile of the three and with proper coaching could probably fit in anywhere along the line. McGovern has the potential to be good but from what I have seen and read (again, not as much as I would like) he seems like something of a project and we've already taken a few guys that fit that bill (Taco, LTT, Dukes) and I would feel better if we had a guy that would be further along even if his ceiling wasn't necessarily as high.

I was doing a bit of reading on Kugler and found out that he grew up in Michigan. He's had nothing but really positive things to say about his UM visit (they seem very genuine too). 247 is hinting that his decision isn't too far away, as well. The title reads: "One of Michigan's top offensive line targets, Patrick Kugler, took a visit to campus in Ann Arbor today, and is nearing a decision". Who knows how "near" he actaully is but he could definitely be our fifth commit on the O-line.

Assuming one of Kugler, Pocic, and McGovern takes the final OL spot, I'm curious to know which of the remaining two fall into the "we'll take you anyway since you're just that good" bucket?
I'd imagine Pocic does, but what's McGovern's story? Can't say I know too much about him.

I love stacking up the lines - yes, please.
