I'm ok with this. Alabi is overrated and the drop in his ratings in the last couple months have made that clear. If urbz wants mid three star players than he can be my guest.

They can have as many Michigan players as they want if we don't offer them. Michigan is not that deep talent wise. After we scoop up the top 3/4 players they can have whoever.

I know UM didn't really recruit him, but this is ridiculous. Over the past 10 years, in-state kids have wound up playing for USC, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Penn State. Just too much.

Brady Hoke, please deliver this year. Please.

Michigan has never and will never get every good recruit in the state. Just like Ohio does not get all of its top instate kids. Sure there have been a few misses that hurt here and there but as long as we are getting a good number of the top instate kids we offer we will be fine.

I'm very disappointed in the way our coaching staff (reportedly) showed luke-warm interest in Alabi and Weber.  Hopefully they can salvage things with Weber.

The we-didn't-want-him-anyway line was used for Bosa, Schutt, Hankins and others.  Now Cornell and Alabi...

Rough day in Spartyville - from their message boards they felt Alabi was theirs and Cole was a significant lean.  Frankly Cole was a lot like Malik last year in that no one had a clue but their peeps felt strong.

Not happy he went to OSU but being in state I am to the point I am more sick of the Spartans than Buckeys so in terms of what finger to get chopped off I guess this is a decent one.
