I might have missed a couple. I didn't include offers who have committed to other schools.

Most likely that is based off of stats.  2300 yards rushing, 29 TDS and 1400 passing, 15 TD is pretty impressive!  Especially since he had comparable numbers his Sophomore year.  His mechanics are pretty out of wack though.  However, at 6'5" 200lbs. this kid is going to be quite amazing with proper coaching!

Not doubting that he's not a good player or anthing, but jeez how is Altee Tenpenny ranked so high?  The #20 ranked player in the country and he missed his whole junior.  Rivals said Dymonte Thomas wasn't ranked so high because they didn't see him enough in coverage this year... they didn't see Tenpenny at all this year!

Since Shane opted to play in the Under Armour Bowl, ESPN gives him 5 stars.  If he chose to be in the Army game, Rivals would have given him 5 stars.  Always happens!

That's 20 Army All-Americans who were 5-stars in 2012, and then 12 Under Armour All-Americans.  That's hardly conclusive when you consider that the Army All-American Bowl is the older game and, at least in my mind, holds a little more prestige than the Under Armour game.  Kids get invited to the Army game because Rivals thinks they're the best recruits.  It's not like there's a ton of re-ranking done once kids accept/deny invitations.

I'm not saying Rivals and ESPN don't make slight changes based on who's playing in their all-star games.  Frankly, I don't know.  But I hardly think a 20:12 ratio is conclusive.

Also, Pipkins moved up to a 5-star on Rivals once he played in the Army game.  So it's not like Michigan is always getting screwed over.  Even if Morris did suffer a bit of a drop because he's playing in the Under Armour game, it's pretty much negated by the Michigan recruits who play in the Army game.

Basically, this long post is meant to say...it doesn't fucking matter.

I've been hearing a lot about him lately.  Some of the people talking about him seem to feel that even though he is as of yet unrated, he is nearly as good as Ty Isaac.  I've even heard a few say he might be better (but those are in the minority).  I think 24/7 is the site I've heard him talked about most on.

Am I the only one who thinks RollDamnTide is a Michigan fan?

That said, if Michigan only takes one LB in this class, I hope it's EJ Levenberry -- like that he could also play DE, and this list seems stacked with skill players considering Michigan, which is good, cause we really need to stock up on some skilled players.

I'm just afraid that he is going to pull off an elaborate long con and troll us all in the end.  But, that is just me being paranoid because he seems like a very knowledgeable poster.

I think the staff is going to try to get someone that can play SLB because it seems like we might be lacking some depth there.  **This is assuming that Bolden or RJS stay at MIKE.

E.J. Levenberry is basically identical to Jake Ryan in terms of size.  Same listed height only Ryan was listed at 220 while E.J. is listed at 226.
