2012 Preferred Walkon: LS Tyler Tokarsky
Looks like he was offered to be a preferred walkon and jumped at the offer.
From his twitter account, he seems to be a huge Michigan fan, who, oddly enough, is like many of us when it comes to recruiting obsession.
RT @millerjl70 Congrats @thettokarsky on your preferred walk on invitation to #Michigan! Keep working hard!

Hoke is trying to make this a bigger part of the game plan:

Didn't we just take on another 2012 LS as a preferred walk-on? In any case, welcome Tyler.

Very few things are more boring than watching game highlights of a long snapper.
That being said, welcome to Michigan Tyler! Go Blue!

32 ACT, 3.97 GPA? This guy sounds like he's going to be an academic all-American. Welcome to the family.

That 3.97 is unweighted, he'd probly have like a 4.2 if it was weighted.

Tyler's a HUUUGGGEEE Michigan fan, and also a good friend and teammate of mine. He got accepted to Michigan before he was even on their radar for football, and if he didn't get offered a walk-on spot out of high school, he was planning on enrolling anyway and doing the student body walk-on tryout. He's bled Maize and Blue for as long as I've known him, and he's a very smart kid and hard worker as well.
Edit: And he's been Kenny Allen's snapper since middle school. Michigan raided Fenton's special teams this year.

3.97, dang I bet he was POed about that one A-.

The only reason Tyler doesn't have a 4.0 is because he got an "A" instead of an "A+" in a course just to see how it feels.
He is the only person to ever ace a Rorschach Test.
Tyler counted to infinity . . . twice.
He knows the last digit of pi.

You're not kidding. He also has the voice of Steve Perry:
Seriously, this act those guys do is famous at our school. The video of their original performance has over 10,000 views. This is how we got our class song.

With those stats, he would've gotten in academcially. Congrats to him!

Will Mr. Tokarsky be available for some limited receiving duties as well? I can see Al lining up two longsnappers to Denard's right just to keep oppoising defenses guessing. We could always use a longsnapper who is a decent rusher.
Welcome to Michigan, Tyler!

Clicking harder or faster is not going to get it done any sooner.

Welcome aboard Tyler. Love having more guys on the team that have always loved Michigan and he sounds like a really high character kid.
