2012 Michigan vs. Iowa

Submitted by goblue16 on

After all the excitement from bball i thought id shift some attention back to football. Big game tomorrow agianst the hakeyes. We have a chance to gain some respect before Ohio comes to the Big House. Just thought id post last seasons game. Wondering where this offense and the playcalling went this season. Think we see similar results this time? Any chance the offense plays like last year?

I think Urbz had Borges incepted so that Gorgeous Al thinks Iowa is The Game instead of Ohio. Certainly explains the great game plan against Iowa last year. Gorgeous Al has probably been preparing for this game all year. He may have something great cooked up for tomorrow. Or it could be another shit show. Hard to say.

The playcalling was almost perfect in this game and many others in 2012 yet this entire season ND is the only game where the offensive playcalling was decent. Why is Borges so inconsistent or is it that 2012 and 2011 were just flukes and now the real Borges is showing?

To hell with all the naysayers. Let's take care of business tomorrow, beat Iowa, and get some momentum going into the OSU game next week.

Those Hawkeyes are ripe for the plucking. Let's do this.

I was at the 2012 game and was stunned how well we schemed for the game. Use of Denard, decoying Denard on a TD to Vincent Smith, wide open receivers, etc.

One thing about ANY Ferentz team is they do play well-disciplined, even in 4-8 seasons.

Hopefully, some twists are installed for tomorrow. WTF to we have to lose???

Would love to see more Norfleet and Hayes in misdirection and passing game.

8 year old daughter to the game last year. Awesome to see them and Shoelace tear up the Hawkeyes.
On a side note, just bought 4 tickets from a Buckeye fan for a The Game next weekend! I am reversing the tide of shirt color in the stands!
