Common sense would say that we have to throw the ball to win. So probably not good for us; but who knows in this game. Just depends on which OSU squad shows up.

Mods, while you're exiling the kid maybe you could pick this flea off too.

Come on man, this isn't how you should represent the high schooler demographic on MGoBlog... you make the rest of us mature ones look bad.
Sigh.

I think a two-dimensional Nebraska is much better than a two-dimensional Iowa. Ferentz coached with his tail between his legs in that second half.

and we did not lose that day.
As we left the field, a number of us exclaimed, "Wow! The weather really helped us today."
OK, I made that up

Wind chills in the 20's at game time...would feel a lot more confident if we had Fitz.
Hyde is a beast in the backfield.

Where's Denard from again? Oh right, South Florida...as is Vincent Smith and Jeremy Gallon. OSU and Michigan both have plenty of Sunshine Staters on their respective teams. Hyde is a beast at the goal line and in short yardage situations though. He's the back I would want for ground and pound/manball if I was the coach of either team.

Miller's misses of wide-open receivers might get blown back into completions
November 23rd, 2012 at 7:03 PM ^
If we have a hard time throwing the ball, we still have a huge advantage with Denard running vs. their weak LB unit.

It all comes down to our defense vs. Miller. We will score at will against them but we will need to play a lot better on D than the last two weeks.

Miller will be throwing in the same winds that Gardner will. if this means that it will be harder to hit devin smith deep, that's a plus for us

It was going to be short-sleeves weather. So I think it should be fine...
