Yes, it should work fine.  After downloading you should be able to watch the file using Quicktime player or you can download VLC (free) to watch it.

EDIT: I can't honestly be sure about Quicktime, but I'm 99% sure VLC can handle it.  I'd download the mp4 rather than this though, just because there is so much data.
