Did I see a zone read at 2:14?

Lol. I was thinking the same thing. I don't know if it was a read or if the quarterback just tried to throw off the defense. Either way, it could very easily be turned into a zone read by simply giving the quarterback an option to pull it back.

Whoa, when did the time limit on videos get lifted?
January 13th, 2011 at 9:10 AM ^
About 2 days ago for mgovideo, most other channels still limited to 15 minutes.

Now I have something to do for the next 5 hours.

Just looked up SDSU's record. in their 4 losses the total point lost by was 15, with an average of 3.5 points per loss. With losses to Mizzou, BYU, Utah and TCU I would have to call that pretty darn respectable, for a 2nd year coach.

I definitely appreciate you doing this for everyone. That said, and not to take away from your hard work, but is anyone else kind of bummed that we have to watch San Diego State play in order to learn more about the new head coach? No offense to Hoke intended at all - I just didn't think I'd ever have to watch a full non-Michigan SDSU game . . .

I bet fans of that school in Ohio didn't think they'd ever have to watch Youngstown State.

You just keep on with your Buckeye/Troll approach and we'll see how many points you can lose in the next month. Just because Brian is being a crybaby doesn't mean you have to follow suit.

You are the man Boyz! I love Mgoblog.

look for a job today, but watching a MWC replay just seems like the right thing to do at this time.

Anyone notice that during the Michigan/Washington game the guys kept forming a group around the QB so he could talk to them? That looked weird to me, not sure I liked it.

Wow, SDSU's offense reminds me a lot of....Michigan's offense when we laid the smack down on Florida in the Capital One Bowl.

for some reason I thought Hoke was going with a more power running game with Denard under center. This offense is anything but. I did not watch the entire game but from what I saw they pass way more than run. I'm not sure that will sit well with some. The box score showed SDSU only having 59 yards rushing this game. They had 528 yards passing.
If this is the offense being run at Michigan I could see Denard doing just fine in it.
