2010 Offensive and Defensive Player Surprises

What relatively unknown player will make an impact on Offense and Defense this season.

My vote (or desire) :

Offense:  T. Lewan

Defense:  J. Turner

Defense: I don't think he will be a surprise . I do think it will be a surprise how difficult it's going to be to beat him out. Kid is a player.

Offense: Hemingway- no reason, just a feeling.

Question, with the hopeful emergence of Banks and Campbell how likely is it that we see Michigan playing a 4-3 with RVB, Martin, Campbell and Banks in all at the same time?
