The 11th athlete in the MGoUsers Poll is...
Tom Brady
After playing behind Brian Griese for two years, Brady started every game in the 1998 and 1999 seasons. During his first full year as starter, he set new Michigan records for most pass attempts and completions in a season, for a total of 214. Brady was All-Big Ten honorable mention both seasons, and was the team captain in his senior year.
The two seasons that Brady started at Michigan, he posted a 20–5 record, including his two comebacks in his senior season against Ohio State, then Alabama in the Orange Bowl. Brady finished his career ranking 3rd in Michigan history with 710 attempts and 442 completions, 4th with 5,351 yards and 62.3 completion percentage, and 5th with 35 touchdown passes.
Brady was Drafted 199th overall in the 2000 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. He has subsequently played his entire professional career with the Patriots and has enjoyed a distinguished and decorated career including four Super Bowl wins, three Super Bowl MVPs and two League MVPs. Brady is considered among the greatest quarterbacks of all time. In addition to his other accolades he has been named to the Pro Bowl eleven times, and led the league in passing three times. He holds numerous NFL post-season passing records, and has more post-season wins than any other quarterback. With Brady playing quarterback, the Patriots have never had a losing season, have won 13 division titles, and played in a remarkable ten AFC Championship games from 2001 to 2015 (including five in a row from 2011 to 2015), winning six of them.
Here are some highlights from his time at Michigan.

Followed by #9 being Tom Selleck

I was rather hoping #9 would take a Police Academy sort of turn after Guttenberg and it would be Michael Winslow perhaps. Granted, nothing to do with Michigan in his case but the sound effects were awesome and make him worthy of the Top Ten on a list somewhere, at least in my book.

Didn't Carr call one of those goofy two-QB trick plays with Brady and Henson in that game? Maybe like faked an injury or did a bit of deception, and boom, both guys are on the field?

Love how LLLLLLLoyd talks a big game about TB12 now. Yes, he wasn't Tom Brady yet, but the signs were there. 1999 team was a NC calibur team but LLLLLoyd was too afraid of the Yankees $$$ to do the right thing and go with TB12 as the starter. What was the result, no NC and Henson ultimately screwed him anyway.
Didn't Clint Eastwood make a movie about Henson's career with the Yankees, Trouble with the Curve?
Favorite TB memory, we traveled back to Michigan for Thanksgiving and went to the game. Brady absolutely carved up the Lions. Think he pointed out Alphonzo Smith on every play that was coming that way.

#10 is Drew Henson

If just looking at his career at Michigan Brady probably doesnt crack the top 100 but if factoring in his pro career the case could be made for #1. Sort of like Phelps IMO.
I've noticed these are coming later and later in the day (night?). Common OP - post them mid-day so we have something to debate in the afternoon!

I lke the evolution of the titles for these ranking...
"25th best athlete..." wait well no, that's not entirely accurate.
"15th most popular athlete..." well sorta, but not exactly.
"11th athlete in the MGoUsers Poll" perfect :)
