I was trying to see if there was any news on Michigan showing up to IMG for spring practice when I stumbled on this. Harbaugh is already in their heads. LOL.

Statements like Harbaugh's in 1986 (to the effect of "C'Mon guys, let's get our heads out of our asses (after the Minny loss)") can be marginally helpful, while false self-assurances like that of Terry Glenn ("Michigan is nothing" 1995--oops) or David Boston ("we should beat them by two or three touchdowns" 1997--oops) ignore the difficulty of the upcoming battle.

Hart's statement is pretty different than Glenn's or Boston's. Hart was pretty clearly referring to his goals for his senior season, and didn't put down OSU. Glenn and Boston both just tried to insult Michigan.

I like bringing more attention to the Michigan-OSU rivalry and to our invasion of Florida. Of course, the SEC would call for a rule against it. It's unfair to somebody, I am sure.

Lots of coaches put banners up reminding teams of lost rivalry games from the previous year in the locker room. I'm ok with Buckeyes paying for our extra motivation. Their loss. Also, it'll make Harbaugh look like even more of a genius if they have to invade his practice to get publicity instead of creating it themselves for their program.

1) The author of that post shouldn't be writing sentences on the Internet.
2) How is it no one on that thread was like... "This is dumb. How about we just keep kicking Michigan's asses?" Not even one person objected. I assumed there would be even one reasonable person.
