Just voted and I'm not even a big basketball fan (football and hockey are more interesting to me). However, I find it strange that the two "historical" b-ball schools in the conference (IU and MSU) are near the bottom of this poll.

1% down with 18 hours to go. $7500 on the line. I suggest editing the title to make everyone aware of that. Only second round, but it looks like the winner of each round gets money. $7,500 guys just for clicking a stupid button!!!! We should be winning these things.

No, you are wrong. The top half of the round moves on to round 3, and everyone who does not move to round 3 gets $7,500. There's no difference between #1 and #2 in the early rounds. Being #1 doesn't count until the final round, and voting resets each round. Let's save the urgency for when it actually matters.

It seems like we've been about 1% behind Painter forever now, but obviously this is not an unrecoverable situation. We can definitely do this for the ChadTough Foundation.

I will get my wife to throw in her vote as soon as she's up-to-date with "Timeless". That's what we've been doing much of the day.

but added a bit more of an explanation about the ChadTough Foundation being Coach Beilein's chosen charity. I also noticed (for the first time) that each vote enters you in a sweepstakes to win some cool autographed basketball gear. Just a little more motivation to vote for anyone interested.

Voted; Still 17%-17%

reminder that all the teams that advance to round three are guranteed $7,500 to their charity, not just the winner of each round;

and voting resets each round.

Great job with this thread - as mentioned, Beilein is now at 17% with Painter but still listed in 2nd...definitely closing the gap though so hopefully with some support from this board, we can help pull out the win.

What is making a new thread going to do? If you care that much, make a bunch of accounts and vote, go to the other coaches who can't win sites and ask those fans to vote for Beilein over their coach, make sure there is a thread on every Michigan fan site, mass text all of your friends and relatives. Develop a bot to auto vote every second. Write a letter to Brian to put it on the front page. This has been on this site every day for a month...people will either vote or they won't. Finding a fresh audience makes a hell of a lot more sense than inundating the one that has the info.
