First, I was like "that's cool." Then, I was like, "there's 38 more minutes!?!" Then, I stopped watching.
I tried to find the game footage, no luck... I definitely didn't watch every minute though...

Did ya hear about that Crisler fella they got from back east to coach the foot-ballers? I, for one, am vexed at his attempt to "modernized" our beloved traditions. Wings on helmets?... why tar-nation... you know someone aught to tell him he's not coaching in the Ivy League anymore. That kind of flash should be reserved for independents like the Aggies up at M.A.C. Dagnabbit.

That's pretty impressive picture quality (and in color!) for footage that old.
Love the football game highlights. Everyone in the stadium is dressed like they are going to church. The marching band is sitting in the same area.
Not quite. The MMB is now on the goal line, whereas in this footage they're around the 40-yard line. I wish they were still there when I was in the band!
would matriculate. But boy howdy did people read slowly in those days. File under: go back and watch this some time.
