This Is The Worst National Anthem Rendition Ever
I watched this live. It was amazing. Someone get this child into foster care immediately.
Nothing gets under my skin more than a Christina Aguilera-esque national anthem. That was atrocious.
She's only 11 or whatever, and God bless her for her courage... but HOLY CRAP was that atrocious.
Where are the parents? Setup for failure. Yeesh.
What makes it worse is that an adult or a group of adults taught her to sing like that, and then another adult or group of adults judged her to be the best option to sing the anthem.
The only redeeming part of the video is the crowd shots and the mix of people's reactions ranging from shocked to laughter to disbelief to awkward discomfort.
