This is a good point. If you google map Renschler Field, you'll see it's the small-scale version of a generic NFL stadium: just off major highway, abutting a big box store, nearby subdivisions, no campus in sight. 

Now, UConn has their own reasons for playing the game there, and we agreed to a home and home, so if we don't want to buy it out, we're basically playing it where they want to play it, but in no way would playing in the Meadowlands be a difference in terms of "campus experience." They're basically the same place, only one's twice as big and not in Connecticut (that likely being the big issue).
