Not many ever had that combination of speed and power.Leroy Hoard had the power but was a couple steps slower. As was the A Train .Tony Boles and Allen Jefferson didn't have quite the power

...was a stone cold beast.  Power, speed, acceleration -- he had them all.  Once he got to the second level the defense was in a world of hurt because it had to run in the wrong direction to get him.

Almost too fast for his own good. I remember a lot of plays where he'd get to the outside and obliterate a db, but he'd end up staying on the ground. Absolutely violent collisions. The most physically gifted Michigan back ever? He absolutely owned that Rose Bowl win versus Washington.
