and he is, of course, Dave Brandon. Michigan is actually fortunate that it never really has to panic because like so many things, what ails them can be cured immediately if Brady should not work out.  They are now a star studded team waiting for a coach to lead them.  There are also two proven NFL coaches working the sidelines with UM ties, one who has won a SB and whose father coached at UM. The other's father also worked at UM and he was also an AA qb there.

No matter what is said, if the money is right, to the point of not only living a good lifestyle, but a lifestyle that is shared by very few, you can get your man. And Dave Brandon's main concern in life is what people think of Dave Brandon, going on record after Hoke's second game, saying, "Brady Hoke is now 2-0 at Michigan," certainly not enough to accurately assess any coach but meant, even if only in the subconscious, to draw attention to himself by impyling he had made the perfect hire.  With his own legacy far more important than what it should be, he is aware come judgment day, his tenure at UM, far more prominent than CEO of a place tossing crust and cheese around, is ultimately what he'll be judged by.  And even though a wealthy man nearing the age where most are thinking about retirement, there is no way he would have accepted a job as AD of his alma mater if it didn't have the financial resources to bail him out of any mistakes he may have made.  Panic? No.Brandon won't allow it to happen.

I believe that we are going to improve and win at least 9 games this year, but we lost 4 games by a total of 11 points? We also won 2 games by 7 points and another in overtime.  This should not be their rallying cry.
