so look at one of his assistants no older than in his early 50s to take over the program when John B. hangs em up. This only makes sense given the fact we've got a proven system and although all of his assistants will be fully aware of how he gets things done, there is one who probably already stands out - could be even younger than that - and it won't be a surprise to the other members of the staff when the announcement is made.
It won't be like the fb situation where LC, despite what he had accomplished, let things get to the point that a change was welcome and many thought we should go in another direction.
