The Fritas are insane. Cinnamon and sugar plantains are like Cuba meets apple-orchard donuts. Nice pick up for A2.

That this place is pretty GD awesome. Definitely worth a look if you're looking for dressed-down deliciousness.

not too expensive, either. unfortunately the chocolate español is a bit hard to consume, even with the churros. (she said we could drink it as well as dipping, so we bought one for each of us, which was a mistake because, um, super dark chocolate + cinnamon cannot just be guzzled. ultimately had to bring it home where we had super sweet dessert wine to be able to enjoy it.) but the fish and chorizo fritas were as good as advertised, and we do indeed have super sweet dessert wine at home, so we'll be back.
