There's absolutely no way that ends up on a bulletin board somewhere
2006: Michigan 34 Ball State 26 - YouTube
Brady keeps it close
The last game Bo saw in person and the last time he was in Michigan Stadium for a game. He died two weeks later.
Far we their praises sing for the glory and fame they have brought us...
Bo's last game (as noted above); Hoke on the sideline - for Ball State; foreshadowing of "the Horror".
That game was cold as hell and at the time I thought it was quite underwhelming to attend; now I look back at that and think what a fascinating moment in time it was.
"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man." - J.Lebowski
Cold as hell? I was at this game and the weather was so good, I took my jacket off in the 2nd quarter. Now the Northwestern game the week before, THAT was cold as hell.
Go Blue! Always!
Hart attack!
IT'S RAINING (line)MEN, HALLELUJAH
IT'S RAINING (line)MEN, AMEN
Wasn't this Hart's first 'lost' fumble in so many carries?
"Are you coming to bed?"
"I can't."
"Why not?"
"Someone is WRONG on the internet."
it was a Morgan Trent big play on fourth down that finally put the game out of reach. Yes it was an ugly game for sure, but now I see what this guy named Hoke was about back then also. It may have been fourth and goal also but if not they were within 25 yards of scoring and going for two and getting a tie none the less.
21 years of coaching and every senior who stayed had at least 1 big ten title... That is what " Those who stay will be champions" will really get you Ohio native Bo Schembechler.
Hoke + fleece = a few degrees above absolute zero.
Was Carr being nice in the second half and putting in secondaries? Because I don't quite see how else Ball State was basically a TD+2pt away from tieing the game after being down by that much.

Boo Hoke going for 1 after scoring to cut the lead to 9?
