Thank you John Beilein. I love you. DeShawn Sims... you're a beautiful man.
Just... for the love of god, can we not play in Boise? Please? K Thx.
PS - I swear to God as my witness I will buy a book on Computer Hacking from Barnes and Noble and hack into the internets headquarters and shut everything down if a Cover It Live happens ever again.
John Beilein (pronounced bee-line; born February 5, 1953 in Burt, Niagara County, New York) is the men's basketball head coach at the University of Michigan. He is the 16th head coach of the Michigan Wolverines men's basketball team. The 2008-09 season is the second year of a six year contract. Beilein has won 486 career games (including games that were not at the Division I level)
Beilein is the only active collegiate coach to achieved 20-win seasons at four different levels — junior college, NAIA, NCAA Division II and NCAA Division I. Beilein has been recognized as coach of the year numerous times (Erie Community College (1981), LeMoyne (1988), Canisius (1994), and Richmond (1998)).
edit: how could i forget this? ugh.
Not only FUN, but also EXCITING!
i hate myself for promising myself i would go to the game if they made it. my bank account now hates me also.
They still need to win the 1st round against Iowa IMO just to lock it up.
i dont think so. i hope they play iowa just to earn the loss back but i dont think they need to do anything except not lose the entire squad as a result of a midcourt elbow fight and they're fine.
They beat us when we were desperate, then almost pulled an upset over OSU and they just severely compromised Penn State's at large bid with a nice win over them today.
With Maryland inexplicably losing to Virgina today and Penn State losing, the road for Michigan is clearer.
But just to be sure, Michigan should beat Iowa in the B10 tournament, given the logjam in the middle of the B10 and possibly the committee not wanting to give as many as 8 bids to the B10.
is that the same guy that goes to the Michigan B-ball games?
I want one more just so there is no doubt. But for now:
Beer? Beer.
F - N - A!
GO BLUE!!!
...is awesome.
Actually, yeah, I was in Boise not too long ago, and I thought it was a great place to visit.
Finally. It has been oftentimes deflating watching this team this decade, but finally it has paid off. Makes it that much sweeter. Now, it would be outstanding if we just played lights out and made a little run to the sweet sixteen. Improbable but awesome.
..but they are close. There will still be a lot of nail-biting for the next seven days or so.
It is a really nice surprise to even be talking the Tournament this year.
Diaper Time!
