Mike Lantry, 1972
Or predictory, the archaic form of predictive?
Hope your son has fun. Has to be a thrill to run out the tunnel for the first time as a player.
FYI: To everyone reading this, this is Mike Schofield.
Thank you Mr. Schofield for your public support of RR and the Michigan program.
and add how much of a shame it is that the Freep doesn't even respond to you.
Believe me, this is about the players and the Michigan Wolverine community supporting our own players and family members.
Go Blue and I wish your son and family the best of luck.
Coach Rod and the program needs all the support it can get right now. I know that I for one appreciate your positive vibes and candor. Go Blue!
Please keep posting with us! It would be fantastic to have the insights of a parent of a current player. Especially one who is willing to stand up and be accounted for.
I totally agree about the predatory reporting. It's shameful and I hope that it is very publicly identified as such throughout the country by responsible reporters.
Thank you for speaking up, God Bless
The independent investigation is a really good thing. If it shows no wrong doing by RR and staff, I don't think Rosenberg and Snyder are going to be able to wiggle off the hook. They have already experienced a signifcant backlash and it will be a ton worse if their "findings" fall flat. I bet they wish they could rewrite the article using some 20/20 hindsight.
I second the request that you continue to post here. I appreciate your insight and admire your willingness to speak your mind and support the players, coaches, and reputation of Michigan football.
As a fellow Chicagoan, I'm excited to see Michael in the Maize and Blue.
You, Mr. Warren, Mr. Roh and Mr. Stokes have all done more to educate me about this staff than 18 months of watching RR from the outside. Before, I saw a football coach from not around here who I hoped would win. Now, I see a man of integrity who, because he does eat brie and drink merlot with the elites, is under attack. Thank you for the education and for standing up for Michigan.
It is really great that you can provide us with insight from a fan/parent standpoint. Thank you for contributing.
let the kids know that we are all behind them 100%. I would like to also personally thank you for coming out to tell the truth. The media these days is more about sensationalism than fact, and it is sad. It's sites like this one that can try to keep things straight, and people like you that stand up for what's right. Go Blue, Go RR, and I hope your son has an amazing time playing for the best program in America. We will be there on Saturday to scream our voices into oblivion, and we will support the team through whatever this year brings.
I have been holding the rope the whole time.
Also, at work yesterday we had a voluntart training, no reporters came.
