New Football Jersey Ordering
I ordered one of the new Authentic football jerseys from M-Den and am somewhat surprised with the result. I'm a frequent... nay, religious... reader of this blog and saw the pictures of the new unis with the title years stitched in the shoulders. I just received my Authentic Home #1 jersey (really the only one to go with, IMO) and it has the "M Go Blue" and "Those Who Stay Will Be Champions" in the hemming on the waist, but it lacks the title years in the shoulders. Is this a feature reserved for ONLY the game-worn jerseys or should I return it? Any help would be much appreciated.
Oh, and as for Football, I was encouraged (as everyone was) by the second half on both sides of the ball - although would have loved to see a running game open up out of our offensive line, which apparently resembles not-yet-slaughtered-veal. To make matters worse, I was in a bar on Hilton Head watching the game and some drunk guy in a WVU jersey who had been cheering against Michigan the entire game started a "Rich Rodriguez" chant after we missed the 2-point conversion. In front of his pregnant wife. And his kids. Both of which daughters. And WE are the program with the family values problems?

It indeed is a feature of only the game worn jerseys. I work at a sporting goods store in Ohio and when we got the jerseys in I was a little disappointed in not seeing the Big Ten Title years on the shoulder. Other than that though, I'd say adidas really did a great job on the jerseys.

It's a poop stain on the map of the US. Seriously. It makes the state of Ohio look like Monaco.

Aren't the title years stitched into the inside of the shoulders? You might want to try looking there as well of you haven't already. If the title years aren't there, that is pretty lame.

Yah, I turned the thing inside-out the second I got it to look at all the "details within" features, but the only things that showed up were "Those Who Stay Will Be Champions" and "M Go Blue" - I suppose this should serve as a "buyer beware" that the authentic jerseys aren't really 100% authentic. Kinda sucks, but what can you do?
