ND fans can shutup now. (with PICS!)

Submitted by SFBayAreaBlue on
Is anyone else here sick and tired of all the EXCUSES! that ND fans (and their despicable coach) keep making.  Well, let's debunk them one by one.

1. Allen was out of bounds!  The refs made the right call.  The video evidence was conclusive.  Even your own local news station agreed.   Here is a picture of the very first replay they showed.

After seeing that, would you even bother looking at a second replay?  NO, cause he's out.

2. The holding call on Rudolph's big gainer was a good call.  Jimmy knew it.  That's why he was standing back at the 10 yard line holding his peepee.

But even if you think Ginger boy's play wasn't holding, there was still another holding on that same play!

3. The refs were not paid off.  This is just beyond stupid.  They were not biased for the big ten team.  This is also freaking stupid.  If the refs were so biased, how do you explain this?

Late in the 3rd, Michigan had MORE penalty yardage.  But don't let the facts get in your way.

Not to mention your line got away with holding all day long.  None of these were called.

4. Time ran out.  No, there should not have been one more second on the clock.  Maybe if your coach was better or your player smarter, tate would have gone down immediately and called a timeout.  But instead he wasted 4 seconds by running to the sideline.  And then the clock stops when the ref signals it to.  Here is the exact moment when the ref signaled to stop the clock.  (nevermind the response delay of the clock operator)

5. Allen's taunting was a weak call.  But it was the right call.  And here's another one that didn't get called.

6. Mouton should have been flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct.  But the REF DIDN'T SEE IT that way.  Which isn't surprising considering that on that same play, not only did Mouton get dived on, but there were 4 (FOUR!) other holdings that the refs didn't see.

You lost.  Deal with it.  Cause you've got sparty coming, and you're not very good against them for some strange reason.

I'm not saying you're a bunch of fricken crybabies.  I'm not saying you're fricken hypocrites.  But your coach is.  That's just a fact.  I'm not saying he's a fat, lying, whiny, crybaby.  But you can't argue with the facts.

by the fact that everyone who posted in agreement of bluesoul was negged(I gave +1 to all those on pure principal).. I'm guessing our ND fan is not only a whiner but a very sore loser as well "#2 He didn't see the flag, he heard the referee behind him call the play back -The called hold was not a hold, it was Roh getting chipped by the TE and falling into a heap. Finished off by 74." His arms are wrapped around him.. he is practically hugging him..its a hold.. thats why it was called "-As to your no call, the OLineman's hands are not outside his frame, and he isn't grabbing onto anything" then why is the jersey stretched "#3 -The actual penalty yards are not what ND fans are angry about its the amount of offensive yards that were negated, upwards of 180 if your interested." The yards negated dont mean a thing if a penalty was committed to attain them..thats why they call panaltys crybaby "#5 Cissoko is a punk, he was caught playing past the whistle twice on camera and both times right in front Refs. Unless he is getting drop kicked 5 mins after a play is over you have NOTHING to stand on". If Cissoko is a punk then the entire Notre Dame team is full of punks..Dirty cheap shot after cheap shot all game back and forth..Those who live in glass houses... I used to have a lot of respect for ND and its fans until the aftermath of this game..that is all gone and i'll be laughing at you all year while you cry about how the refs cheated..At least I know what Weiss meant by "decided schematic advantage".. he thought the rules didn't apply to his team

unfortunately, not agreeing with a replay does not change what the replay shows. Hating the fact that your team lost does not change the bitter taste you have in your mouth. The worst part of it is that I always enjoyed your posts in the offseason. I thought maybe we had actually found an unbiased rival fan that could shed some light from the other end of the spectrum. Alas, you have shown your true ND colors with this loss my friend! Now you sound more like a freep commentor and the only things you are missing are words like scUM and Walmart in your vocab. Please stop sounding like a whiney ND fan and stop using photo shopped pictures. The pics you are using have been shown on multiple sites with 0:00 on the clock. How do you think UM fans felt with the late hit penalty against #1 OSU to cost us the game. Penalties suck but they are part of football. The fact that Weis pushes every fault off on the refs will not do you guys any favors. Go Blue!

Its funny, whenever little kids get in an argument, and they can't think of anything relevant to support their argument they resort to name calling too. Are you sure that its me that has changed?

I have little kids if that is what you mean. I was not aware that making an observation about your sudden change in posting makes me a name caller. I said I was disappointed and that it you suddenly seem like most other bitter ND fans. I understand your disappointment and well I don't really sympathize with the season we just endured. This topic has ran its course, I am glad ND plays another game Saturday so you will have another topic to talk about.

You see Irish, while there are some level-headed commenters on this board, most are idiots who keep rehashing the same topic over and over. And even though you are level-headed and fair, these ass wipes will neg you b/c of your allegiance. Wait for another ND whine thread tomorrow.

Thanks for the pics and research. As for ND fans shutting up, it's not happening. ND fans never shut up. I hope they go 10-2 so they can whine about how the "bogus calls in Ann Arbor" cost them a shot at the title game.

To any ND fan here, ND lost because their coach sucks. They lost their poise; that's a direct result of coaching. They didn't have enough mental toughness; that's a direct result of coaching. The playcalling on their penultimate drive cost them the game; that's the direct result of coaching. Charlie Weis should have to stand in the living room of every parent he lied to when he told them he would help their boys grow into young men and apologize to them. He should have to tell those parents that instead of teaching their children how to be men, he is teaching them how to be whining, spoiled, arrogant crybabies who "never do anything wrong" and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't blame the refs or even the players; blame Charile Weis. This loss is squarely on his shoulders. And while you're at it, maybe you can give just a little bit of credit to a freshman QB who outplayed Jimmah when it counted and a coach who has taught his players to play with poise when it's crunch time.
