THE KNOWLEDGE CORNER

By THE KNOWLEDGE — July 13th, 2008 at 5:19 PM — 16 comments

Now that THE KNOWLEDGE is back, let's start having some fun season predictions

.

Yes

.

These predictions will be in three parts:

1. Michigan OOC games

2. Michigan Big Ten games

3. Bowl Projections

.

Yes

.

This post will write about OOC games

.

The Toledo and Miami games are obvious wins; so the two interesting games are Utah and Notre Lame

.

As for Utah. They are a decent to good team, but have issues at QB. My inside information says that he will not be ready for the game at 100%. Add this to the new aggressive and better conditions M D and the results will be ugly... for Utah. The question is on the other side of the ball. Being the first game, the offense shall be ugly, but M will start the new era with a win

.

THE KNOWLEDGE predicts: M 24 - Utah 10

.

yes

.

Notre Lame sucks.

.

M 31 - ND 3

.

yes

.

I too think we'll get it done against Utah in the first game, but its going to be close. I'll say M 26 Utah 21. I think the ND will be much closer than 31-3 and I think we have a good shot at losing it. As much as we all hate ND, they will be better than they were last year. They will be looking for revenge from the previous 2 slaughters and will be playing at home. Our young offense in their first road game against an amped up opponent = trouble. Being a realist here, I'll go ND 21 M 16. Can't get TD's in the red zone.

I miss Keith Jackson.

The reason THE KNOWLEDGE is optimistic about the ND game is that their defense will be terrible. They have lost the one good secondary guy they had due to some unknown reasons

.

yes

whilst the M offense maybe quite bad, NL's offense ain't going to be all that good either

.

our D will be much better than theirs

.

doubters may disagree, but when M starts out 3-0, THE KNOWLEDGE shall soar and bask in glory
