a girl's phone number-- is only the beginning.

Bump continues his quest for actual female attention-- and then check
in on Thursday to see how Lil Bro makes out!!

I enjoy sitting down and reading 'Ethics in East Lansing and other Fairy Tales' as well. Also, how is Pam not freaking out about her hair being pulled out? That hurts right there.
shouldn't be too painful. The hair isn't pulled out by the roots, but rather severs part way up the hair. In this case it should feel about the same as getting a haircut, right?
I think moms build up a resistance to these things. I know my mother wouldn't have survived raising me if she didn't have superhuman abilities.
My mother just bobbed her hair short, the style which she wears to this day, because she was tired of her children pulling on it.
Once it's not your first kid, you don't even feel the pain they inflict on you. And they really can inflict an amazing amount of physical pain. I've considered wearing a helmet with a facemask on many occasions.
The book title as HttV Wolverine mentioned, the fact that Bump is wearing a Nickelback shirt. Brian's cameos in previous newspapers regarding his ACL.... Well done Six Zero.
...Bump's choice of socks with sandals.
A Blockham family has a RED welcome mat? Coach Hoke would not approve.
i saw that too and it is obviously by design so you can step on red every time you enter their home.
The dog makes an appearance!!!!
Fielding's the bomb. We need more appearances by him (but no anthropomorphic dog, sorry Brian)
Mos def. Need MOAR Fielding!
That takes me back to high school. Such a nerd I was. (Still am though, but a grown-up nerd).
the scarlet and grey doormat, its all metaphorical and stuff.
There's a Chuck Norris card game? Or is that just the card that trumps all other cards?
And really, I don't know why people complain about you stereotyping Sparty...if anything, let's be real, if someone's going to be a Sci Fi/comic geek, it's more likely to fit the U-M image than the Juggalo Sparty one.
I know nothing of Magic: The Gathering, but I knew I wanted cards up on the desk with her number. So I left 'em blank and figured I'd just drop 'em into the comic, all raster style.
When I googled the Magic cards, I found all these awesome Photoshopped fake cards of Mr. T. and stuff like that. When I saw the Chuck Norris, I just knew that Bump had to have it.
As for good ol' Bump, he's evolved into his own self a bit. He's not just a simple stereotype anymore...
Back in my more youthful, geekier days, we used these things called "dice". But I bet that the Norris is rare and cost him a lot of tip money.
None of my sparty friends played Magic, but most of my friends played while we were at Michigan.
Brian also played Magic.
... I want to dig through my closet and find my cards now...
