Big Ten Recruiting Class Rankings 9-19-10
Action since last rankings:
9-11-10 Minnesota gains commitment from Cameron Brown.
9-12-10 Notre Dame gains commitments from Josh Atkinson and George Atkinson III.
9-13-10 Purdue gains commitment from AJ King.
9-14-10 Illinois gains commitment from Henry Dickinson.
9-15-10 Notre Dame gains commitment from Stephon Tuitt.
If you see any errors in the individual tables, please let me know. I'm tempted to move Indiana down a bit, but their averages per commit are about even with (or only very slightly behind) the teams nipping at their heels, and they have more commits.

do we start to get worried about not getting the commits...especially at need positions? I am not familiar enough with the process.
September 19th, 2010 at 9:36 PM ^
The day after signing day.

Tim should add a 5th column for their GPA.
All this recruiting is a waste of time if they cannot get into UM because of academics.
September 19th, 2010 at 10:38 PM ^
Yeah, we should just stop this recruiting nonsense
September 19th, 2010 at 11:10 PM ^
I expect a major string of commitments once RR wins 6-7 games and recruits feel safe he'll return. It is the continuity that kids seem to be looking for with this program, a sense that the guy who recruited them will be there when they arrive on campus. ND continues to nab kids because they know Kelly will be there for at least 2 more years, even if it looks like it will be a down year for the program under the new regime.
September 20th, 2010 at 4:07 PM ^
How many scholarships does ND have available for next year? With 19 commits already I'd assume they are just about done?
