when your job's on death watch. IF Zooker wins this year, the recruiting picks up. When the Zooker loses this year, Illinois becomes a wasteland for recruits since quality coaches are going to take some time looking at the situation what with Ron Turner & the Zooker failing, and Fitzgerald building a budding monster in Northwestern, possibly taking the Chicagoland recruits Illinois football relies on for life.

I was feeling good vibes early in the recruitment of offensive lineman, however looking at the above and seeing that osu and nd each have 4 OL commits with mich sitting at 0 is a bit disheartening.  I know we are keeping this class smallish, and the current state of our offensive line is comfortable but thats no excuse.

We have some nice athletes, but lets lock up a few big guys rich.
