We all know there was need for a QB or two in this class, but how much drawing power do we hold for the future? With Threet, Forcier, and possibly Robinson coming in for this class, that's a lot of competition for QB. Looking into the near future and trying to recruit guys like Gardner and Bolden, do you think they would see quite a formidable task ahead of them to get under center?
I am wondering would UM benefit from suggesting a QB by committee? I know it's a huge faux-pas in the NFL because you really can't benefit too much from a scrambling QB. Vick was consistantly told to hang around the pocket and Vince Young is riding the pine behind a guy already collecting social security. Bringing in Feagin this past season didn't work too well due to zero passing threat. However, if we can get a Forcier/Gardner combo that could be useful in keeping legs fresh and the defense on their heels. One big downfall is disrupting QB-WR chemistry but if its used regularly that might be solved. What are your thoughts?
