Witty and Turner have lockers
That's nice, but, uh, the alternative is: "Oh, um, sorry guys - we didn't think you'd be eligible, so we decided to save a couple bux on nameplates. Here, let me get a Sharpie and some athletic tape real quick, and we'll special-order some plates and they should be in by the Notre Dame game."
In other words, this means nothing.
Yeah they don't really have a choice but to give them lockers at this point.
not everyone has a locker...
Jason Forcier does.
Who does not have a locker?
The most interesting part of that article is where they said Sheridan is throwing it better than Denard.
but Denard ran to Pinckney and back in the time it took Sheridan to drop back to pass.
Teric Jones was playing CB today FWIW.
That's a rather interesting development.....
According to Scout, Jason Forcier also has a locker. Take it FWIW.
[Edit: Also according to the article in the OP that I should have read before posting]
Them having lockers means they gave them lockers just so when they get elgible. They could still be ineligible and then they won't get a locker. So this doesn't mean they are eligble yet.
They can't practice until they're eligible right?
The onliest one who is not sporting wood at the thought of Jason Forcier on the team? Has he even thrown a pass in like, 16 years or something? Color ME crazy, but Sheridan has got to be better than Jason Forcier at this point, having at least played within the last decade.
I don't think anyone is really all that excited about it. Him being on the team really can't hurt anything IME.
I don't think anyone's excited that Jason Forcier will suddenly come back and lead us to victory over everyone and everything. It's just really cool that he wants to transfer back after leaving a couple years ago, and it can only be a bonus for Tate to have his older brother around. The Forciers have some high-quality Michigan loyalty and ain't nothing wrong with that.
"We're still waiting on Witty and Turner with some NCAA Clearinghouse issues. It could be a couple days; it could be a couple weeks. But we'll leave those spots open in the 105. We can bring in 105 … and we're still waiting for details on [quarterback] Jason Forcier."
Just curious... Is this transcript from a free site? If so, do you have a link? I can't find it on my own.
First link from Detroit News
Don't take that the wrong way.
I know this has been stated before, but man, I hate reading through the comments after the M articles on Freep. I can only get through 1 or 2 comments, then i regret it every time. Who are these people? Most of them are an embarrassment to bloggers everywhere...
