Who to root for?

So incase you haven't heard, UM is not going to a bowl this year. On that note, who is everyone going to be rooting for and what are the bowl matchups you would love to see the most? USC vs. Texas and Florida vs. Oklahoma (although I would rather see Tx Tech in there but its not happening). Unfortunately outside of those two matchups, the rest of the BCS games are gonna suck. In two of the games you are gonna have the Big Least and ACC champs playing (one of which will play Utah) and PSU vs. Oregon St. As far as who I am going to be rooting for, as annoying as it will be if they win, let Little Brother have something to play with until next year.

I'll root

I'll root for any Big 10 team to win, except for Ohio State. And if MSU isn't playing an SEC team, then I probably won't root for them either. My extreme dislike for SEC Fanboys is just slightly greater than that of our little brother.

I want to see Oregon State lose to Oregon so it's USC vs Penn State in the Rose Bowl. I think it would be a pretty good match up, and I really think PSU has a strong shot to win it.

Other than that, root for Florida to lose, root for Utah to win, and just hope to see some damn good football.

Every year that Michigan is

Every year that Michigan is out of it...I start to root for "bracket busters" or "BCS Busters" I was in pure bliss when Boise State beat chOklahoma. I will root for Utah, Boise, Ball State to beat up on some "big" conference teams and hope that this ridiculous charade that is a National Championship determining system goes the way of the buffalo soon. Because every year we end up with a litany of undefeateds from small conferences getting jobbed I hope that's a wake up call to the more an more schools thinking "This could be us one day."

assuming ball state wins the

assuming ball state wins the MAC, they will probably get wisconsin in the motor city and you can bet its better than 50/50 that ball state wins that one. boise will probably embarrass some poor #3 team from i dunno what conference and then utah will be annihilated in a BCS bowl...unless they play the big east or acc champs i guess

Having watched most of

Having watched most of Wisconsin's embarassment yesterday against Cal Poly-SLO I would put the odds not at 50/50 that Wisconsin would lose, but rather at 50/50 that Wisconsin would get utterly embarassed.

Ball State

As the inevitable firings take place, can we be sure Brady Hoke won't be hired by a BCS school before the game, thus hurting BSU?

I'd actually like to see

I'd actually like to see Oregon State win out so USC can play someone else. I want to see USC play Alabama/Florida and see the Big 12 rep play the other SEC team. I'm not much of an SEC fan so I'd like to see their egos get knocked down a few pegs.

its nice to actual hear some

its nice to actual hear some espn commentators admit that the SEC isn't as good as it was built up to be. bama and florida are the only good teams and i think just about everyone thinks florida will win by 20+.
i think a matchup of florida v oklahoma/usc/texas would be a fantastic bowl game. any of those 3

Root for Florida to knock off

Root for Florida to knock off Alabama and to win it all (why not say we beat the defending and eventual national champs?). Any Big 10 team not MSU/OSU. USC if they're not playing PennSt. I really think if Utah doesn't play USC they have a chance. Utah and Bama in a game....with that defensive battle I'd give Utah greater than a 50% chance, call me nuts but I like them. Also fuck BSJC (Boise State Junior College). I hope they get demolished and never see the light of the BCS or D-1A again.

Big10

I will root for most of the Big10 to try and bring more respect to our confrence. However, I can't even attempt to do this for MSU. They are the most annoying fans and I got more crap from them before the OSU game then my friends from OSU. I hope thay get blown out. Also, I hope OSU loses a close one (maybe a last second field goal) so it hurts that much more after having hope of a win.

Root for...

Michigan basketball and hockey. The other schools don't matter. I'll definitely be against MSU and OSU just because of a few of their fans.

Home state schools.

I actually hope that Wannstache can put together a decent season. I'd like to see Pitt do well.

I'm...

I'm going to root for whoever I choose to win. I'm in a college bowl pool and whoever beats the spread wins. For example iif Wisco is favored over ND by 4.5 if the final score is 31-28 Wisco than ND is considered the winner.

Rooting for: - UVA to beat VT

Rooting for:

- UVA to beat VT and go to some shitty bowl
- Texas for the national title (mom's school)
- The ACCCG to NOT feature FSU and VT
- As little chaos as possible so the pro-playoff whiners have to be quiet for a year
- Grand Valley (bro's school)
