We should get maize turf.
Hockey pet peeve: "when a teammate tips a puck in on you, which is exactly how my first collegiate goal against happened. Thanks, Copper."
It's cool, guys. We're just in our teal phase.
Ty Cobb; Al Kaline and Harvey Kuenn; Magglio Ordonez
Gordie Howe; Steve Yzerman; Henrik Zetterberg

UPDATE: someone said the "fair comparison" is the changes in Michigan's away uniforms over the years, as if 1) the Notre Dame game was not at home, 2) Michigan changed their away unis three times in a season, four if you count helmet numbers, back in the day 3) and looking stupid is acceptable as long as it's a road game. Here are the incredible changes in the last 40 years.

We should get maize turf.
I look at this and see decided schematic advantage.
And you are WAY better at Photoshop that whoever put together that original uni pic. I'm not convinced it wasn't made with Paint.
I don't know where it is.....
Stripes make him look fat.
We need to win and use every advantage we can.
I think the sugar bowl jersey looks good.
Hey, they worked for Gallagher.
Hands down the best road uniforms I have seen. The only thing that would make them better would be a rose bowl patch.
Why dont you all put your vitriol and outrage towards something more deserving--namely, doing something about the weird blue deck shoes and clown socks the basketball team has been wearing?
as long as we never go back to the white pants again, i can live with this. not too crazy on the stripes, but i actually kind of hope we continue to use the numbers on the helmets. i really like them for some reason.
Don't you hate pants?
At first I was surprised. But I like them. I think they look mean.
I think comparing this to the Pistons "teal phase" is a little over the top. The Pistons changing their uniform design, logo and color scheme hardly compares to UM introducing another alternate jersey. I agree that the amount of jersey changes is over the top, specifically the road MSU's, those I really don't understand.
Do we know for sure these are limited to the Sugar Bowl? What if these were going to be the new aways and they just decided to unveil them at the Sugar Bowl?
I also don't agree with the idea that we know for 100% certainty that this would happen if we were designated the home team.
Similarly to the UTL jersey's, the outcry over this seems a little excessive.
Human beings just like to bitch. If Michigan didn't join the fashion craze of alt jerseys - Brian (and the likes) would be bitching about Michigan being old crotchety stick-in-the-mud stuff shirts that never move off from yesterday...spade.
