More context on Johnson's crazy bench from USA Today Pro-Day article: http://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nfl/2009-03-16-pro-day-update_N.htm
"Neither Smith nor Marks should get into a strongman competition with a couple of Michigan defensive tackles who are projected to go no earlier than the fifth round, though each put on quite a show at their March 13 pro day.
Terrance Taylor (6-feet, 306 pounds) had 37 repetitions in the bench, but 6-4, 280-pound teammate Will Johnson stole the show with 47 reps, the most ever recorded in a combine or pro day event. The previous best of 45 reps were both at the combine, by Leif Larson (UTEP) in 2000 and Mike Kudla (Ohio State) in 2006."

That article says Beanie Wells ran a 4.38 at OSU's pro day.
I can't believe that Alabama's linemen only put up 19 and 16 reps on the bench. That's embarrassing - not only for the players but for the program, too. Morgan Trent put it up about 23 times, I think.
