I wasn't trying to bash you - I tried to word what I wrote as diplomatically as possible. I DO appreciate the work you do - I don't want to give you the perception I don't.
I guess I just feel bad that McGuffie was dealing with:
a) being injured
b) being homesick
c) having a death in the family
d) (possibly) being depressed as a result of a, b, and c.
THEN had people close to him, in essence, dime him out to the media so all us chuckleheads on the intrawebs can speculate on his mental health, and the more vindictive of us can start saying shitty things like "good riddance" or "he's a quitter". I hope you see where I'm coming from?
