He is probably our biggest "big back" that we are are recruiting and he seems perfect for RR system because he's nimble and has surprising speed. Watching some highlights i got the impression of Beanie Wells runing, (I know, bad memories) but he seems like the kind of guy that could be ranked higher if he went to more camps. I would not be surprised if he ends the season as a high 4-star prospect. Should we be recruiting this guy harder?

a) I'm pretty sure you don't know how hard we're recruiting Hopkins. Just because there aren't a ton of Rivals articles written about him doesn't mean that we're not talking to him.
b) You are correct that he's the biggest back that we've offered.
c) One possible reason that he reminds you of Beanie Wells is that his team's uniforms look like Ohio State's. But yes, he does run a bit like Wells.

OK im not his coach or nothin, im canadian. Its pretty hard to coach from another country. But no, i just really think he is good. It's not just the uni's that remind me of Beanie. It's also his physique and running style
