FL CB Antwaine Richardson and FL S Josh Metellus are the remaining defensive backs in the class; Michigan is pursuing CA CB David Long, MI CB Lavert Hill, NJ CB Jordan Fuller, and PA S Khaleke Hudson, and would take two or three depending on how other things shake out.

did not have the grades. It's not like Harbaugh called him up, and told him he wasn't needed anymore.

He did not get his grades up! I think he has the skill level Harbaugh wants but did not get the grades to attend Michigan!

We really don't know about his football ability. However, we've got a clue: he wouldn't have received an offer if Harbaugh didn't think he deserved one. As Brian said, he wanted to be at Michigan, and Michigan wanted him to be here, so he must have had potential as a CB. I'm really sad it didn't work out. But still, he sounds like an extremely high character young man, and I pray that God would be with him in an extremely sad and difficult time.
