Also, it's still illegal on the federal level. People in CA have been busted by the DEA because although what they are doing is legit in the eyes of the state, it is still breaking a federal law.

I pointed out the stupidity of saying "blacks don't do coke." I then added some other common drug stereotypes that are equally ridiculous. I never said or even came close to implying that drug use is random. Drug use is highly correlated to lower socioeconomic status, and to the extent a certain culture/race/whatever is correlated to a lower SES it will then have a weak correlation to drug use.
