Ready, Set, Consume Comment Count

Brian

For a long period in which the MGoStore laid fallow because the previous company stopped existing in all ways except accepting orders. This did not go well for people who ordered or my inbox. So I searched about for another company that would not do this to the readership again. I have found one: Underground Printing, an Ann Arbor company you're probably familiar with if you've ever gotten a student t-shirt at Yost with your season tickets. They will not disappear; they will make sweet shirts.

So. There is a store:

in-rod barwis-gym worst-state-ever

As always, you are directed to consume for the good of the nation.

Also! I'm pleased to announce that MGoBlog reader and extremely talented person Six Zero is going to be running an MGoShirt contest before the season starts. He's created around a dozen designs that will battle each other for supremacy; the best-loved shirt (and maybe a couple more if more than one that must be had) will go in the store. That starts Monday. Fight for his love.

Bow Down little brother is an awesome shirt. What about the old Woodley ones- "Guns don't kill people, LaMarr Woodley kills people."

is definitely in order for the coming season.

Some other ideas:
-QBForce
-Family Values (perhaps with some version of the famous Alan Branch / Anthony Morelli picture included)
-Unverified Voracity - some sort of MGoBlog plug, i.e. "I don't believe it until I see it on MGoBlog"
-Minor "Rage"

but that's an owned image and could potentially become an legal entanglement. Though I will say, I can't wait to show everyone what Brian and I have up our sleeves, hehe

try to talk them into doing Worst State Ever with a blue background and yellow accent. i've come to find that yellow shirts that are not explicit with their UM affiliation tend to suffer epic fails at "university representation"

Any chance the "Charlie Weis should probably eat less" shirt comes back?

I also like the idea of something using the phrase "Jabba the Coach".

I also also like the idea of the phrase "The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Forcier." incorporating a picture of a jedi or Darth Vader or something...

Currently the shirt brand is your standard Gildan. Couple of reasons

1) The Daisy color made by Gildan is the best representation of UofM Maize out there. American Apparel has a "Gold" color which is too Dark.

2) American Apparel shirts are nice, but are a tighter fitting shirt which doesnt necessarily work for everyone.

That being said, we will probably be introducing "fitted" versions of shirts for those of you that are interested in American Apparel or higher end shirts.

Anyone have a word on how small these shirts run? The Richrobots' ones were very tight on me. I need to know before i splurge on these epic shirts.

I hope Brian profits from these because they are all the dogs bollocks. Fav: East Lansing, it works on so many levels.

They run pretty true to size. They are Gildan brand, so if you go to your closet and check out the t-shirts that are from Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil - this is the type of fit you will get.

If you like the fitted shirt, we will be introducing those in the future as well...

I've worked with them a number of times. Although I dealt with the East Lansing store, the service and quality was always excellent. In fact, I think the shirts are distributed from Ann Arbor anyway.

I look forward to picking up some shirts.

I came up with this when I was really high 2 years ago and it sold quite well, "We are going to nut in your Buckeyes" I still get laughs from old people surprisingly. If there was like a cartoon Buckeye crying on the floor on the back would be perfect.
