Ready, Set, Consume Comment Count

For a long period in which the MGoStore laid fallow because the previous company stopped existing in all ways except accepting orders. This did not go well for people who ordered or my inbox. So I searched about for another company that would not do this to the readership again. I have found one: Underground Printing, an Ann Arbor company you're probably familiar with if you've ever gotten a student t-shirt at Yost with your season tickets. They will not disappear; they will make sweet shirts.

So. There is a store:

in-rod barwis-gym worst-state-ever

As always, you are directed to consume for the good of the nation.

Also! I'm pleased to announce that MGoBlog reader and extremely talented person Six Zero is going to be running an MGoShirt contest before the season starts. He's created around a dozen designs that will battle each other for supremacy; the best-loved shirt (and maybe a couple more if more than one that must be had) will go in the store. That starts Monday. Fight for his love.

When I was in undergrad I used Underground for all of my fraternities shirts (which were like 4 or 5 a year). Always great quality. This should be a solid partnership.

Barwis Gym copped. I've had the Worst State Ever shirt since the '06 season but don't wear it too often, mostly because I cannot handle southerners asking me what state it is. I will say though that my "pictures taken to times worn" ratio for that shirt is astronomical.

I second the recommendation for a 50/50 American Apparel shirt that fits a little tighter. I can't wear the heavy 100% cotton shirts, it looks like I'm wearing a poncho and they are just too heavy. Also, look for the 50% cotton/50% polyester shirts, they are the best, much more light weight.

I see there is concern regarding the color of the maize shirt. First, I don't think it's a problem if the color of the shirt is a little different than the neon bright yellow on the adidas shirts. I think the 'sunshine' color at AA could be good, looks good online, I will have to swing by the store to see if it looks as good in person: http://store.americanapparel.net/bb401.html

on the front of shirt with the caption "The "Truth"-followed by Michigan's accomplishments over the years. On the back of the shirt print in bold letters "You can't handle the truth!" followed by Mgblog.com Now that your entering the market place ha ha, might I suggest how sweet a calendar would be with the dates of games, dates of interest for Michigan's Fans-how cool would that be? Each month feature a coach, game, player on top, just a thought.

I really don't like that shirt. We get tons of our players from Ohio, and we want to continue to recruit there, and there are probably plenty of people from there, especially Toledo area, that are Michigan fans. Why would you be so disrespectful to the entire state? It's only OSU and the OSU fan base that I don't like.
