For two of the three quarters Pryor is going to play this Saturday and OSUs spring game he wil be able to run and be tackled. I hope for Pryor's sake Tressel explains nice and slowly to the defense that Pryor needs to stay healthy. Wait a minute...What am I saying?? I hope Pryor gets annihilated in this setup making Tressel look like the non-caring fool we all knowhe is.
Pryor to "Go Live" In Spring Game
Hoping for a kid to get injured?
You stay classy, Mattinboots.
Absolutely not. Class is one area that Michigan should really pride itself on, whatever the season is.
Mike Hart disagrees with you.
I am not hoping for Pryor to have a serious career ending injury. More I am hoping Tressel is made to look a fool for allowing this considering how thin they are at QB and that could be accomplished by a Sheridan type leg break. Plus, rules on class tend to go out the window when it comes to that school down South.
How about mild sitcom-esque amnesia where he is perfectly fine physically, but has completely forgotten everything he ever knew about football?
That is amazingly stupid. Dude, their depth chart at QB is far worse than ours is. If he goes down who is gonna throw the ball for them, Justin Boren? Wtf seriously. Lets all hope and pray that Pryor puts a few sick moves on some woeful defenders and then tears his achilles while dancing in the end zone. After this travesty ensues, I hope Tressel begs Devin Gardner to commit to OSU and Devin burns the phone of which he received that call from Sweater Fag.
Eh, he has to get hit sometime. Better in the spring actually because if he gets dinged he has a few months to heal. And I doubt the defenders are going to take shots at his legs or something. They'll probably just wrap him up and blow the whistle.
Why are we reporting this? OSU has own e-blog, no sugarcoat.
to play against the Ravens in a pre-season game once. The first snap of the game guess who lower the BOOM on Vick? None other than,my boy,Ray Lewis. Broken leg for Vick...BIGTIME grief/second guessing from the fans & media for Reeves.
Wonder if the vest would allow this to happen if JL still had eligibility?
I'm fairly certainly that if Pryor is touched with any more force than a two-hand touch, that particular defensive player will be shot on site by strategically-placed snipers surrounding Buckeye stadium. Pryor's game is so much about running, quick changes of direction, etc., that Tressel probably figures he might as well get some real work in instead of flinging some screens from the backfield and the occasional long bomb.
so they're only playing 3 quarters of a game? When does the 4th quarter get played
Pryor and the #2 QB are playing three quarters, 2 "Live", and the #3 and 4 QB are playing 1 quarter each from what I gathered.
can't count that high.
I don't know where all of their outstanding 2009 freshmen will come into play, but OSU's DL returns with Hayward, Worthington and Gibson. Junior Bob Rose will probably be the 4th DL (at DE). DL is solid.
LB corps is down a notch with Sabino, Homan and Spitler, but it's an experienced group and good by Big Ten conference standards.
The secondary should be quite good with Chekwa, Coleman and Russell all back. 5th yr senior Shaun Lane will probably move in at CB spot.
7 starters back on defense for 2009 from a 10-3-0 season gives OSU good position to win the Big Ten conference this fall (Best team defensively typically wins the Big Ten).
Unless the OSU OL got a lot better, Pryor might not (should not) have an easy time of it in the spring game vs. the 1st defense.
seems like a bad idea
Not too smart.
OSU deliberately injured Miami's starting QB and RB the last time they won a championship. I have no problem hoping that a team which lives by the sword dies by the sword.
If that makes me "classless," so be it. I would rather look at myself as "Karma's Little Helper."
OSU did not deliberately injure McGahee. Ken Dorsey never got injured in that game. Tater, you are a fucking nutbag. Take up stamp collecting. It is clear that college football only fuels your psychosis.
U R A CHEETER!!!
Hey, if you can't beat 'em, bitch about how they cheat constantly and the reason they don't get caught is because the NC$$ needs to protect them because said successful school actually makes a lot of money, unlike your loser alma mater that scrapes together enough wins to go to Boise in December once every five years.
"Michigan's been paying players for years. How else would you explain all the recruits they get? It's not like they have the largest stadium in the country and a track record of success spanning back to the 60s. How do these recruits even hear about Michigan and their so-called 'winged helmets'? They're on ABC and ESPN... who even gets those? Alaskans? Proof? Remember that one time their basketball program got in trouble? QED."
This person cannot bring himself to admit that his school is markedly inferior to his opponent's school for legitimate reasons.
Suggest this person cheer for the Yankees.
Junior-college-esque state schools who can't stand the success of big brother. Michigan State, UCLA, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State.
Basketball teams coached by Billy Donovan, Quinn Snyder, or Jim Harrick and SEC football teams not named "Vanderbilt" can be freely tarred with this brush, because the chances of you being wrong are tiny.
Pet Peeves List
It's a good thing we are Michigan and don't have an inferiority complex or anything.
You're completely, certifiably, insane.
