According to here: http://michigan.scout.com/a.z?s=162&p=2&c=869832
"While he says he will wait until Signing Day to make a decision, he plans to cut his list to ten schools soon. He says Minnesota, Ohio State, USC, UCLA, Oklahoma and Florida State will make the cut for sure and he also likes Michigan, Iowa, Florida and LSU."
That's not an exact quote and it could be an interpretation of what was being discussed here: http://mgoblog.com/content/seantrel-hendersons-10 (I couldn't find the quote so I don't know). Trieu is supposed to be more neutral then a GBW editor as he's a "Midwest Recruiting Analyst" rather than a Michigan specific one. I don't know his reputation though so I don't know if he's normally fairly neutral in his interpretation of recruits words.
If reality is what is implied by the statement in the article, we might've lost some of our position in this battle (that could be just me though thinking that we were tied for the lead with some of the other schools). I know that there's a long way to go to signing day, but I can't help but notice that there are already more then 5 schools in his "for sure" list which would presumably get an official visit before us.
Edit 1: Just saw the source of the ESPN quote (I don't know how I missed that on his ESPN page): http://insider.espn.go.com/ncf/recruiting/tracker/player?page=onthetrail...
Given the date, it may be the quote Trieu used in his article, but we don't know.
Edit 2: The "Maybe not" part of the subject comes from reading the comments below and deciding that maybe I was over reacting.
