I've noticed many on here praise Brian's playoff system as "the best" and throw it out there as refutation to certain arguments against a playoff. I just have to get this out there:
THERE IS A ZERO PERCENT CHANCE THAT ANY PLAYOFF SYSTEM WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE FCS/D-II/D-III PLAYOFFS.
Sure, they may alternate the championship game amongst the bowls. And maybe they have more than 16 teams, though I doubt it. But the fact that a playoff system already exists and works should be a major clue as to what the NCAA would implement in 1-A should it come to that.
