THIS WENT IN [Bryan Fuller/MGoBlog]

I WAS NOT ALIVE THE LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED.

And you can't have one without the other...

I'M PRETTY SURE MICHIGAN JUST HIT ANOTHER THREE.

(Given the server overload, my desire to celebrate, and the number of words I've already written today, this serves as your postgame recap until Brian's column tomorrow. Short version: they made all of the shots, and they WON THE CONFERENCE.)

(Yes, I double-posted Muppets. I swear I'm sober. For now.)

I'm trying to think of a coach anywhere with more class than Beilein, and I'm at a loss. With his combination of integrity and skill as a coach, I can't imagine anyone I'd rather have leading this team. Seriously, who else would you pick as a coach? Others may have a more complete resume, but I've met Coach K, I've seen the others leading major programs. No one does it with as much grace. And no one out strategizes him, has a better eye for talent or develops young players better.

He's such a nice, thoughtful man in person, as one would expect.

Watching this last episode of the journey, I love watching his expression as Trey launches the three against Kansas.

He's generally such a calm man, so to watch Coach Beilein trying to body language that into the hoop, you can just see that after all the years, this is a chance to go to the Final Four, this is the pinnacle of his profession, this is everything.

I think he lived a basketball lifetime as that shot hung in the air.

Awesome job Coach B!! Love how this team came out and did not let Illinois hang around. Go BLUE!

I was two but my Dad says that was a good season.

By the way, I'm going to the Indiana game Saturday...we should plan a meet up before or after the game. Champion Beers!
