First post in a while... feeling a lot of pressure since Magnus's last post.
Read this article earlier today, and it's kind of got me agitated for a while now.

Main quote: "My relationship with Lance is zero,” Contador said at a news conference, one day after winning his second Tour. “He is a great rider and has completed a great race, but it is another thing on a personal level, where I have never had great admiration for him and I never will.”
Now, I get there was tension and these are ambitious, competitive, crazed athletes, but show a little class. In the end, it's your team that helps you win in cycling. To say you have no respect for one of the greatest Tour riders in history is just silly. To say you don't admire a cancer survivor who overcomes ridiculous odds to dominate an event and then goes on to use his fame for a great cause is immature and utterly non-admirable.
I know Europeans have always disliked Lance, but this slap in the face just pisses me off.
Well, that's all I've ever had to say about cycling. So there, it's done.

im one of the few real Tour fans and this to me is nothing more than hot air. Lance and Alberto are of the same mold. They are both Champions and as champions they will always be measuring their dicks and demanding attention. Contador is better than Armstrong partly because of age but AC has just given Lance the ammo he needs to propel him to a win in 2010
